As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our commercial activities. Working closely with your colleagues, you’ll strive to exceed customer expectations and help grow our client portfolio. You will play a key role in our commercial strategy and join weekly meetings where we discuss how to further enhance customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the entire order process, including order entry and proactively resolving any issues.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries about our products and services.
Create lighting plans to help customers find the best possible solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute our commercial strategy.
