Are you looking for an exciting role where you can grow and develop? We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales employee to join our team. In this position, you will support our daily operations and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.

Additionally, you will receive intensive guidance from a Performance Coach for a year to further develop the desired competencies.

Together with your colleagues, you form the commercial heart. As a team, you are responsible for exceeding the expectations of our existing customers and expanding our customer base. This diverse role includes a wide range of activities, and you will play a central part in our commercial strategy.

We hold weekly commercial meetings to discuss how we can serve our customers even better. You will be closely involved in the order process: entering orders for customers and promptly informing them of any challenges. As a key point of contact for customers with questions about our products and services, solution orientation is essential in your role.
A significant part of your job involves creating lighting plans, helping customers find the best solutions. This requires perseverance and accuracy.
